From the reception, the Company will have a period of 20 working days to respond to your request, but this deadline may be extended for a period of an equal period of time, which will be notified to you, by the same means you have indicated for that purpose, stating the reasons for such extension, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law.
We also inform you that in terms of the Act and its Regulations, you can start the procedure of Protection of ARCO Rights, with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the "INAI"), within 15 days following the date in which the Company gives you a response to your request and this is not satisfactory to you, or if the expiration of the period specified, the Company has not answered to your request.

You have the right at all times to revoke the consent given to us for the treatment of your personal data in order to be sure to make use of them as long as they are not necessary for the fulfillment of obligations for services hired.
